Where the withdrawal occurs between 5 and 9 working days prior to the course commencement, then a 50% refund is given. Where there is less than 5 working days notice of withdrawal, no refund is given.
Students, after consultation with the Director, may have the option of having their fees credited towards a later course. Where there has been a major misadventure for the student and this can be authenticated by documentation, the Director may consider some other form of refund generally on a pro-rata basis. In all cases ICC tries to be fair to students as well as to ICC’s administration.
